Do I need a card terminal or any device?
No. TPVmovil runs on your phone or tablet. No hardware to buy or rent.
How do my customers pay?
With Bizum (via Redsys) or card (via Stripe). You pick the gateway and can switch it whenever you like. Cash is supported too.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. You pay a flat subscription. Your gateway's fee goes straight to your provider: we never touch your money.
Can I issue refunds?
Yes — full or partial, and several against the same sale. Each refund generates its document (TK-R-) as a PDF you can email to the customer. If the payment went through the gateway, the money goes back the same way.
Does it issue invoices?
Not yet. Every sale instantly generates a PDF ticket with a VAT breakdown that works as a receipt for your customer, but it is not an invoice. Simplified invoicing is coming in a future release.
Can I have several sellers at once?
Yes, depending on the plan: from a single stall up to unlimited stalls for large events. Every sale is attributed to the seller who made it, so you know who sold what when you close the till.
What if there's no coverage at the venue?
You can keep selling in cash: sales are saved on your phone and sync by themselves once you get a connection back. Bizum and card payments do need a network, because the customer pays on the spot.
